Have been paying for internet for 4 months with no service. Spent more than 20 hours calling them, their customer’s service is horrible and time consuming. If you are starting to have issues with their service, drop them right away , no point trying to have them fix it.

I’m writing a review regarding their Publix xfinity WiFi hotspots. Some locations they do offer free WiFi even without an xfinity account. But for some reason, the free WiFi works great on computers, laptops etc. but on mobile (iPhone at least) once you connect to their free WiFi, unless you are continuously and actively browsing the internet right after you are connected, the connection drops after awhile. And it also drops if you are constantly moving around even in short range. And the free WiFi only appears once on mobile. Whereas on computers you can use it indefinitely. Please fix it as it is very annoying. Sometimes it even drops constantly when browsing on mobile as well.
