Cox seems ready to assist but never seems to know what the issues are when I call, told if i's in the houses it's my responsibility. So far the problems have been at their end. Text sent to tell you the problem has been fixed yet it has not. Cost seems high, should be able to pick what is needed to meet my needs an only pay for what I need. n my book. wish there was more competition in the area.

The signal is horrible. My computer would be on for an hour and I STILL CAN'T GET ONLINE! I will never go with them again and of course they cannot do anything about it. It is not worth any price they offer. Lesson learned.
