Customer service is a joke. If its phone they hang up on you. If it's virtual assistant they tell you to call on a phone. What a joke. The internet always goes out. The home phone is overpriced. Customer service is horrible. Only thing they try to do is upsell the new packages. Why would I pay more for service that is mediocre at best.
