Greensboro Residential Internet Coverage

There are numerous cable, satellite, fiber, and DSL providers in the Greensboro area.

Through Centurylink Prism, a growing fiber network is currently located at the eastern city limits of Greensboro. This network serves some edge neighborhoods, like those around Landerwood Drive and Stewarts Mill. CenturyLink also has a stable DSL network in this region. CenturyLink DSL serves the same neighborhoods as Centurylink Prism, but expands service inward toward the city center.

If you choose AT&T, all of Greensboro is in range of DSL, fiber internet, or both. The combined service area stretches from Friendship in the west to Greesons Crossroads in the east, reaching the northern neighborhood of Rudd and the southern neighborhood of Miles Crossroad.

The expansive Time Warner Cable network brings high-speed cable service to all of Greensboro, reaching the border neighborhoods and central neighborhoods like Glenwood, Oak Grove, and Latham Park.

North State Communications serves much of southern Greensboro and parts of the western half of the city. In the west, the service map covers Pomona, Terra Cotta, Hilltop, and Hamilton Lakes. Southern areas that fall into this service area include Forest Oaks, Groometown, and Mount Zion.

Is Charter Spectrum knowingly defrauding elderly person, in my experience it sure seems like they are. Unfair and Deceptive, corporate misconduct ? Looks that way. I would not recommend this company.

If, I could give a lower star I would the service is terrible. The customer service is terrible. I turned in the phone thatā€™s ago and theyā€™re telling me they canā€™t find it and refused to address my bill. I have been going back-and-forth with him about the plan that I elected, they refused to update it as soon as Iā€™m eligible Iā€™m leaving this company. Worst service ever.

The automated system for getting customer service is limited, and every time I attempt to speak to a representative, it's behind another layer of touch-tone options that force me to choose things completely unrelated to my call. Then, before connecting me with a live representative, it requires a 4-digit security code. Would really like the ability to contact a human person. I've received 9 calls in less than 24 hours trying to sell me the same new service. I have declined this service each time. The harassment is not only making me less likely to purchase new product, but now has me actively surveying Spectrum's local competition.
