Internet is slow and sluggish, difficulty stream as it buffers and disconnects. I have had their technicians out three times to no avail one says thereā€™s nothing wrong, one only fixes part of it. Third one sends a crew out and says they fixed it. They tell you to call their cell phone back, Instead of calling the 800 number. But when you call the technician back because the problem is still there none of them will return your call like they promised to do. Avoid at all cost.

I was moving and called on June 18th to cancel service as of June 23rd. My billing period started June 21st. They charged me for a WHOLE month and will not pro-rate.
