Inconsistent is not even the word to describe this "in and out" service. They want you to pay them on time and pay for someone to come out to fix their crappy equipment. The customer service SUCKS!!!! I HATE THAT I USE/PAY THEM. I am looking for another company tomorrow. I have just had it. I work from home and they are messing up my money. I can't even relax at the end of the day with a little tv...because THE INTERNET SUCKS!!

I am in my second year of service with Frontier and I am very pleased with the connection, price, and service. In the year + time I have had four outages and all four were Network related. Service techs were in each instance able to reset my modem and restore service in a short time. I do suggest that customers keep their PIN # handy and the Tech Support number in their phone, just in case they have a need for service. This simple preparation will save you time and frustration.

Very poor customer service. I have had a dispute open for months that has been left unresolved. I have been refused allowance to speak with any type of supervisor on multiple occasions, actually told that supervisors do not speak with customers. I have never felt so mistreated by someone I continued to give my money to. Horrible absence of customer service!!

This company is so not understanding of your situationā€¦ I recently lost my husband and our account was in his name so instead of canceling the account plus me giving his death certificate number they wonā€™t do it I have to actually send them a copy of it they just wonā€™t take care of it over the phone and this is the ONLY utility company that Iā€™ve had this problem with everyone else has been so understanding and sympathetic so I will never do business with this company again ever. I mean for God sakeā€™s youā€™re a cable company.
