They constantly lye to you. Every month they go up in price. And you don't get they internet speed you're paying for, I'm reporting them.

Spectrum service has been up and down all last weekend and throughout this week for hours at a time with no explanation except the typical computer generated phone call. So I call and get told it will be until about 6pm before services would be restored. When I mentioned I would cancel, they said ok when would you like it to stop. For those that depend on the reliability of service spectrum has lost its way and is like any other company. Money is their prime focus. When you pay over 300 a month for internet and tv service, you would expect to get them with little to downtime whatsoever. For the price, streaming services along with Xfinity and ATT internet look pretty good right now.
