Spectrum is a very poor company. They offer promos that have always been deceptive. Their service is terrible. I recently decided to try TV Choice at $29. After 12 calls and 10+ chats, we got the service setup. They disclosed the actual price incl taxes was about $60 or so.

Home 5g internet. Great to start , then after a few weeks slow, downgraded ton4g. Download less than 5mbps. Customer service will tell you tower work. Can take from hours to months. I suspect if this keeps up , this offering will be discontinued

Very unreliable provider. I've just moved to the new apartment which uses Spectrum Community Solutions WiFi. My internet is not working, no connection at all, and their customer support representatives could not fix it remotely. They say the closest time they can come and fix the problem is in 4 days, which is totally unacceptable. I need the Internet for work, so having no connection is a huge problem for me.
