Customer service seems purposefully insulting. The individuals do their best bur xfinity must hamstring them so they are forced to do a insufficient job. They try to make you any communication via chat which is a poor method to communicate when you are trying to figure out why the service isn't working. They are clearly trying to communicate with multiple customers at once. A phone call would be much quicker, but it is a pain to reach a human (I talk to the bot and then after 15 minutes it hangs up on me). The chat quits trying to figure out the problem before they even ask the right questions and then they try to schedule a visit by a tech which will cost $100. Make them give you a phone call and they have the wrong department call (mobile phone) and it automatically disconnects the chat (even tho I told them repeatedly not to disconnect; it is continuously trying to end the chat by acting like you are not participating when you are actually waiting for the chat agent to get back to you.) It is horrible what xfinity does to these workers and to its customers.

Bad service they over change me on my account and cut off my new phone that was added to the line. Then lied and said the talk to me to cancel the service and they still want me to pay a bill for a phone that they cut off and putting all these extra changes on my account which is crazy

Absolutely trash, they offer nothing for existing customers, only new customers, so that should tell you in itself your just a dollar bill to them. There is no one who can speak my language efficiently enough to understand, always automated crap! What good are the stores? We need more humans and less machine. We need an active tech support anywhere Xfinity exist. Stop putting people out of work for the convenience of your pockets and start thinking about normal people. It should not be this expensive, when your plan changes and prices go up we need to be notified. Also, why would they disable your Xfinity account if you're behind. How do I get an actual itemized receipt? We simply have to just trust the company and the computer right? I would give this negative stars if I could, if you want to get ripped off get Xfinity.. of course some of us don't have a choice because the world makes us need internet...
