They raise the price frequently and with no explanation...whe I called an asked they sais cause the cable providers and TV services keep going up so they pass the price along...i only have internet. They've raised my internet from 70 to 90 in less than 2 years...every few months a 5 dollar increase...no explanation and the customer service is beyond garbage.

The service is pretty good most of the time. It does lag once in a while. One of the things I am having issues with is their billing. When we have electrical outages due to storms you have to call them and let them know about the matter even though they send you a text message that your area is experiencing connectivity issues due to power loss. Otherwise, they will charge you for the whole month. Another point is these Recovery Fees that they like to throw into your bill every so often. Every time I question this fee, the customer service rep has no idea what exactly I am helping recover. The one that takes the cake is how they keep raising the monthly bill, this time it went up $5. At some point, it's going to start looking like a monopoly.
