Xfinity is the absolute worst. The agents do not listen and lie, and when you take concerns to supervisors, all they want to do is shut you up. I have never experienced such terrible treatment and would highly recommend literally any company over Xfinity.

I get the speeds that I pay for about 50% of the time. I have had numerous technicians out to my house and supervisors but no one can fix my problem. The only reason I have kept Xfinity is due to the fact that I canā€™t get anything else where I live. If you have another option other than xfinity I would go with them.
