AT&T

Cydi Y | 09-14-2021

I am extremely upset with AT&T. I was originally with Sprint/T-Mobile. An AT&T person basically finessed me saying that she could get my monthly payment down to $40 a month with all these "amazing" discounts. She said I'll be paying a big amount for the first 3 months and everything should go down afterwards. After paying $206.63 in May, $117.26 in June, then $85.85 in July, I thought it would go down to the promised monthly payment, but come to find out, my set payment WAS $85.85, basically the same as my old phone service, but then now I'm also trapped with paying off the $700 phone with the phone service. I called the customer service line, and they told me they couldn't help me and told me to go go a physical store. The physical store then told me they couldn't do anything for me and told me to call customer service or go to the original store that helped me. The store worker also said I wasn't the first person coming in having an issue with AT&T. They had about 30+ people come in with similar issue of being exploited by AT&T. The girl who finessed me doesn't even work there anymore and AT&T does not care about their customers. They are money hungry and truly does not care about helping their customers with their true needs and what was promised to them by their workers. If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE do not switch over or use this phone service to save you money and headache of this phone company unwilling to help you with issues they initially caused for you.
