My elderly parents phone isn’t working and we’ve been trying to get a technician out for the past 4 days. Customer service always say they’re coming out. Never show up. Do you know how important is is to have a landline for your parents in their late 80 is to have. Customer service really sucks. Many hours spent on the phone trying to get this resolved.

Impossible to get customer support. No Communication between the support teams within CenturyLink. It takes 7-10 days to get it "looked at" , then another week to send a technician. On hold for 45 minutes, then got hung up on.
