Absolutely the worst customer service of any internet provider or telecom company I have ever experienced. We tried to move and cancel our internet and they disconnected it weeks early, then did not disconnect when we actually moved, then tried to charge us for internet after we moved, and now they are trying to charge us $120 for a piece of equipment they said was free. If you try to contact customer support and are lucky enough to eventually talk to a human they will straight up lie to you and tell you the problem is fixed when it isnā€™t.

Customer service is terrible. Accounts confused. Trying for more than a year to change owner to my name bc husband was ill then died. They shut off service intermittently. Spend over 5 times of 45 min each in ā€œchatā€. Went to store 4 times. Remains unresolved

Horrible company. They increase your prices dramatically after 12 months of service. Then you can't get through to an American customer service representative. They play games, increase your bill even further when you reach out to them, transfer you to multiple departments/representatives all to get you no better off in the end. The customer service representatives keep you on the line for a couple of hours! It's ridiculous!

It's very expensive and the price changes a price month.i feel they are robbing me and i could find a better provider in our area. Wish they would keep the price the same and the service would not go out during storms

Xfinity was great, I loved the speed and they always seemed to be increasing the speed free of charge. The price is very expensive.
